I hired King Appliance Service for the first time recently when my dryer needed a repair. They did an excellent job. Their technician was professional and efficient in completing the work and took the time to explain the problem and how to fix it. I really liked that not only did he show exactly on time, they fit me in right away when I called. They were absolutely fantastic and I would definitely recommend them highly to other customers. If I ever have appliance problems again, they're the folks I'll call!

King Appliance Service did some great work for me recently and are very reliable. I was having some issues with my fridge and tried to diagnose the problem myself originally but couldn't make any progress so I called King Appliance to see what they could do. They were able to come by the next day and offered me a very good price to get the parts and make the repair.. They ended up replacing a part of the fridge and everything is working great now. I will be calling them more in the future!

I had a very nice experience with King Appliance Service. The worker came to the home to fix a clogged defrost drain. The worker who came out was professional, timely, and very helpful in completing the work. Everything turned out very well so I am happy with the results. The pricing wasn't unusual or unexpected - and we agreed on the pricing ahead of time and I thought that it was fair. Overall, they did a great job and I would use them again in the future.

There are a lot of things that we like about the guy from King Appliance Service and that is the reason that we keep going back. The technician that comes out to our home really knows what he is doing. He has no problem explaining what he is going to do simply and clearly. He is very efficient, and does his work is very clean and tidy. Finally he gets here on time which is a huge plus for us. We have never had an issue with his work and would definitely recommend them to our friends.

My experience with King Appliance Service was good. I called them to replace the temperature switch on the washing machine. They said they would be out from 12 to 4, and they showed up a little after 12--and were done in less than an hour. I would continue to use them because they were available on the day I called them, and they were here at the beginning of the schedule. They were quick and efficient, and the price was right where I thought it would be.

King Appliance Service was great. I called and made an appointment when I was having a problem with my dryer and the technician showed up right on time. After looking over the dryer, he pointed out I was having a problem with my fan and was really straight forward in giving me my options. I decided to have him fix it right then and there, and now it works better than ever. The prices were fair and I would definitely use King Appliance Service again!

King Appliance Service replaced a heating element in our dryer and gave very good recommendations on how to improve the equipment they put in. Instead of piecing out the repairs over the years, we did it all at once for a reasonable price. Hopefully that will save us hundreds of dollars down the road. Joe was pretty upfront about the pros and cons, and he gave a lot of comparative data. They are one of the best appliance companies I've dealt with in a long time.
